Gabriel Aubry wants more money from Halle Berry

Gabriel Aubry is seeking a "substantial increase" in child support from Halle Berry.
The 36-year-old model, who is currently involved in a bitter custody battle with the Oscar-winning actress, is reportedly seeking $20 000 in monthly support and $500 000 in attorney's fees.
Aubry was in court yesterday (3 May) to argue for the increase, but the judge granted a continuance as the paperwork wasn't filled out properly.
According to insiders, Aubry was extremely upset that the matter had been delayed.
Sources told gossip site TMZ that the model believes he is entitled to the increase because he needs a proper environment in which to care for four-year-old Nahla.
Aubry is also fighting Berry's plan to move from Los Angeles to Paris with fiancé Olivier Martinez as he believes he will not be able to see Nahla.
Berry has spoken out about her desire to move to France because of the country's harsher laws against the paparazzi, which she says will protect her daughter.
But Aubry – who split from Berry in 2010 after five years together - is said to be worried that Martinez is planning to adopt Nahla.
A source said: "Gabriel fears that Halle's ultimate plan is to get him out of his daughter's life, permanently.
"He believes the plan is for Halle to move to France with Nahla and then have Olivier adopt her as his own. She wants a 'fresh start' apparently.
"Gabe will fight tooth and nail to retain custody of Nahla. He loves that little girl and is determined to always be a part of her life and always be her father.
"Just because Halle is through with him doesn't mean she can shut him out of her daughter's life too. Gabe may not have Halle's money or power but he will not just lie down and take it."
